Tennessee outfielder Kyle Booker played his third game for the Kingsport Axmen Thursday.
The Axmen compete in the Appalachian League.
Booker played center field for Kingsport in its 17-14 loss to the Greeneville Flyboys. He went 1-for-4, recording one double, one run, three RBIs and one stolen base.
Booker is batting .300 in three games. He has recorded three hits, two doubles, one stolen base, three RBIs and three runs.
Kingsport (16-4) leads the Appalachian League West division. The Axmen have won eight of its last 10 games.
Kingsport will play at Greeneville Friday with first pitch slated for 7 p.m. EDT.
Booker, a native of Southaven, Mississippi, recorded a .222 batting average for the Volunteers in 2022. He finished the season with one home run and 10 RBIs.
