Colorado Buffaloes star Jabari Walker appears to be all in for the 2022 NBA draft.
Following a stellar 2021-2022 campaign in Boulder, Walker flirted with both the NBA draft and returning to school for quite some time.
But, after Walker impressed during the NBA Draft Combine and drew rave reviews from scouts, it seemed obvious that he should keep his name in the field.
With the NBA draft around the corner, Walker has already gone through a series of workouts with a number of teams.
A couple of teams that recently brought in Walker for workouts were the San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat.

Walker was also rumored to be working out for the Raptors, although that doesn’t appear to be confirmed.

Then, on Tuesday, Walker was one of a few players to have a workout with the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Lakers will hold a draft workout with the following participants on Tuesday, June 14:
Terrell Brown Jr. – Washington
Fabian White Jr. – Houston
Jabari Walker – Colorado
Phlandrous Fleming Jr. – Florida
Darius Days – LSU
Michael Steadman – UMass— Ryan Ward (@RyanWardLA) June 14, 2022
Walker’s draft range is up in the air, and some mock drafts had him going in the second round while others had him going undrafted.
But, there is a chance he sneaks into the back end of the first round, especially if these workouts went well.
It also helps that Walker was one of the winners from the NBA combine scrimmage.
Winners from first NBA Combine scrimmage:
– Terquavion Smith (likely locked himself into being a 1st Round prospect)
– Trevion Williams
– Kenny Lofton Jr.
– Kofi Cockburn
– Jabari WalkerI thought all five guys played well and caught the attention of evaluators.

All in all, Walker is a hot name during this process, and it will be interesting to see which teams he ends up with when draft night comes around.
