Four-star WR says he will visit UNC football program

Four-star in-state receiver Noah Rogers will visit the UNC Football program here in June as his recruitment might be coming to an end.

Mack Brown and the UNC football program appear to be in good shape for a key four-star wide receiver in the 2023 class.

Rolesville, North Carolina native [autotag]Noah Rogers[/autotag] is heading towards the finish line of his recruitment and as we head to the end, the Tar Heels are among the teams that are impressing him in his recruitment. Rogers spoke on his recruitment at the inaugural OT7 Tournament in Las Vegas and UNC will be one school that gets a visit very soon.

Here’s what the ACC Sports Journal says about Rogers’ recruitment and the upcoming visits via 247Sports:

The next few weeks and months will be big for Rogers; he took an official visit to Clemson last week. Next, Rogers has three more visits on the docket over the following two weeks: Ohio State (June 17) and NC State (June 22). After the visit to NC State, Rogers will take an official visit to UNC.

Rogers is rated as a four-star recruit that is No. 50 nationally, No. 9 wide receiver and the No. 1 player in the state of North Carolina. While UNC appears to be in good shape, they have some ground to make up.

Ohio State is considered the favorite in this recruitment and does hold the 247Sports Crystal Ball prediction right now. But a visit could change a lot of things and that’s what UNC is hoping for.
