Bijan Robinson dishes on what is motivating the team in 2022

Robinson weighs in on what the outside noise is doing for the team.

The Texas Longhorns are gearing up for the 2022 campaign and the team will look quite different than 2021. The biggest acquisitions include quarterback Quinn Ewers and wide receiver Isaiah Neyor.

Despite that this team will look different, that hasn’t stopped anyone from constantly reminding the team and the fans of 2021. The team that finished 5-7 and missed a bowl game in Steve Sarkisian’s first season.

One of the stars of the team, [autotag]Bijan Robinson,[/autotag] recently opened up about the team and what motivates them. It is in fact the record of last year and the reminders that are motivating them. While the team dealt with plenty of hardship and controversy, the Horns will be stronger for it.

Robinson joined SiriusXM hosts Ari Temkin and Dave Archer to discuss the motivation of the team.

The success of the team this year will have plenty of factors but how they respond to the disappointment of 2021 will be among the top. Others will be how the offense gels together with the new weapons. Not to mention, how can this defense improve from last season? We will get our answers come September when Texas hosts ULM.
