Former LSU forward Tari Eason worked out with Thunder in pre-draft visit

12 seems a bit too high for Tari Eason but 30 is too low for him as well.

The Oklahoma City Thunder worked out LSU forward Tari Eason in a pre-draft visit, per The Athletic’s Josh Robbins.

Eason is projected to be a first-round pick selected between the end of the lottery and the early 20s. In 33 games last season, Eason averaged 16.9 points, 6.6 rebounds and one assist on 52.1% shooting.

The Thunder own four of the first 34 picks: second, 12th, 30th and 34th. Selecting Eason at No. 12 would be a bit of a reach, but if the Thunder can combine two picks in the 30s to move up into the 20s, perhaps Eason will drop far enough to be available.
