Mack Brown and the UNC football program received some good news on Friday afternoon in regards to a three-star athlete in the 2023 class.
Jordan Bass officially cut his list of 13 offers down to his top 5, making an update to his recruitment. Bass took to Twitter to reveal that he is focusing on North Carolina, Virginia, Pitt, Virginia Tech and Boston College as the ACC takes up all five spots.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound Bass hails out of Hampton, Virginia and is emerging as a top target for the Tar Heels.

With UNC’s recent success in the state of Virginia, Brown and his staff have put an emphasis on landing talent there. Bass could be the latest to land at UNC from the state and would give the program a solid recruit in their 2023 class.
The Tar Heels currently have just three commits in 2023.
