18 children and three adults were shot and killed at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas today.

There are no words we can write to dispel the horror that these all-too-frequent incidents bring into our communities. The uncomfortable truth is sharing our sadness and outrage are not enough anymore. Something has to change this time.
