2022 Cincinnati Bengals win total, Super Bowl, conference and division odds

Analyzing 2022 NFL futures for the Cincinnati Bengals, including odds for win total, Super Bowl and division with expert picks.

The Cincinnati Bengals ended the 2021 season with 10-7 record. They won the AFC North, secured the No. 4 seed and earned a home playoff game in which they beat the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Bengals then beat the Tennessee Titans and then the QB Patrick Mahomes-led Kansas City Chiefs on the road, before losing to the Los Angeles Rams in the Super Bowl.

Projected last preseason as one of the worst teams in the AFC, the Bengals crushed expectations in 2021 and will be bringing back a similar roster in 2022.

They selected Michigan S Daxton Hill in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Adding 3 offensive linemen was also a key feature of their offseason.

The reigning AFC North champions have been to the playoffs 6 of the last 11 seasons, but they are 0-3 in the Super Bowl.

Below, we look at the Cincinnati Bengals’ 2022 NFL futures odds – including win total, division, conference and Super Bowl odds at Tipico Sportsbook – with best bet suggestions among our NFL picks and predictions.

Cincinnati Bengals’ 2022 win total: Best bet

Odds provided by Tipico Sportsbook; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list. Lines last updated Sunday, May 15 at 8:41 a.m. ET.

Over/Under: 9.5 (O: -115 | U: -115)

The Bengals hope to have a potential MVP candidate this season in QB Joe Burrow. They improved their offensive line and enhanced the speed in their secondary. It was a big-time offseason for the Bengals.

However, this value is made difficult by their schedule, taking on the top three teams from the AFC a season ago and then multiple top-tier AFC sides.

Cincinnati technically has the 10th-most difficult schedule, but keep in mind, the Browns added QB Deshaun Watson and the Ravens will at least enter the season near full strength.

The OVER 9.5 (-115) which just assumes no regression is actually my favorite bet.

The Bengals were 4-2 against playoffs teams from a season ago and should dominate to start the season. Cincinnati should have 7 wins before they enter their tough last month and a half.

Cincinnati Bengals’ 2022 Super Bowl odds

Odds: +2000 (bet $100 to win $2000)

Cincinnati is tied with the ninth shortest odds to win it all. The Buffalo Bills (+600) are the favorites, followed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+700).

At +2000, Cincinnati has an implied probability of winning the Super Bowl of 4.8% or 20/1 fractional odds.

The Houston Texans have the longest odds at +20000.

Backing Cincinnati (+2000) to win the Super Bowl for a 20-to-1 payoff is worth a small wager considering the experience they’ll enter the season with from their Super Bowl run last season.

Cincinnati Bengals’ 2022 playoff odds

Will Bengals make the playoffs: Yes -140 | No +110

Since the addition of the 7th team in each conference, backing Cincinnati to make the playoffs at -140 makes sense, but with just one team in the AFC making it with 9 wins, putting that unit toward their win total would seem to make more sense.

There are just so many wild cards in the conference, mainly the Colts, Browns and Broncos, all with new starting quarterbacks this season. The potential for them to play at a high level and get double-digit wins is too great for me to suggest backing Cincinnati at a -140 value.

However, there’s also no chance I’d give out fading the Super Bowl runner-up who only strengthened their weaknesses from last season.

Odds to win NFC North Division

  • Cleveland Browns +190 (bet $100 to win $190)
  • Baltimore Ravens +200 (bet $100 to win $200)
  • Cincinnati Bengals +200 (bet $100 to win $200)
  • Pittsburgh Steelers +900 (bet $100 to win $900)

Cincinnati’s implied probability of winning the AFC North is 33.3% or 2/1 fractional odds. The Browns and Ravens are the only threats here, but there is no fun in betting favorites in division futures.

At this value, I’d pass on the Bengals to win the AFC North, partially due to their difficult schedule.

Odds to win AFC

Odds: +1000 (bet $100 to win $1000)

While it may sound like I’m beating a dead horse, the Bengals schedule, taking on playoff-caliber teams in their last 7 games, is just too difficult to back them here.

I’d rather put a fraction of a unit on the Bengals to win the Super Bowl, assuming they can hang with anyone in the playoffs.
