NFL Draft 2022 Props: Will WR Drake London be a Top 10 pick?

Making sense of when Drake London could be drafted.

Nothing screams NFL quite like the month of April. Obviously, there’s a ton of sarcasm packed in that statement, but April is indeed that time of the NFL’s offseason where we can turn off the film, put away months’ worth of scouting data and enjoy what the NFL Draft presents.

With the draft comes questions. One of the biggest mysteries in this year’s draft is projecting when this talented wide receiver class may begin coming off the board. More specifically, who will go in which order.

One of those talented receivers that is sure to go in Round 1 is Drake London, a 6’4″ playmaker out of USC.  Tipico Sportsbook has London’s draft position set at 10.5, with the odds indicating that he’ll more likely be drafted outside of the Top 10 (-120) than inside (+100).

London hearing his name called within the first 10 picks of the draft seems far-fetched, according to For The Win’s consensus mock draft 3.0. The New York Jets hold two of the first 10 picks and are arguably the only team that could go receiver. Even then, London would presumably have to beat out either Ohio State’s Garrett Wilson or Alabama’s Jameson Williams to be the first wide receiver off the board.

The Pick: Drake London Over 10.5 Draft Position (+100)
