In a game of runs, the Nets dominated the first quarter 34-19, but the Cavs stormed back and had a five point lead entering the fourth. Patty Mills, Kevin Durant and Bruce Brown made key 3-pointers to help the Nets build a lead in the fourth, and Brooklyn won the final period 35-19.
The win moved the Nets to 43-38 on the season, tied with the Cavs on record, but ahead on the season series tiebreaker. The Hawks and Hornets, both 42-39, are only one game back.
