For the first time since the 2018-19 season, the NBA was able to complete a full 82 game season. It still came with its uncertainties due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but we ultimately got through it. With just a couple of days left in the regular season, we finally have some clarity on what the playoffs might look like.
Before that is the third iteration of the NBA’s play-in tournament, which includes a mix of young-and-upcoming teams, veteran squads and, surprisingly, an abundance of proven superstar talent.
So let’s rank the eight play-in teams based on their talent and likelihood to advance.
