Roman Dolidze vs. Kyle Daukaus rebooked for UFC Fight Night on June 18

The UFC has added a previously scheduled middleweight bout to its June 18 card.

An exciting middleweight fight has been rebooked for an upcoming UFC Fight Night event.

[autotag]Kyle Daukaus [/autotag]will meet [autotag]Roman Dolidze[/autotag] on June 18. The event does not yet have a confirmed location or venue. Both Daukaus (11-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) and Dolidze (9-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC) announced the matchup on social media, which was previously set to take place in November. However, the initial matchup was scratched due to COVID-19 protocols.

Daukaus, 29, is on the heels of a first-round, buzzer-beating submission victory against Jamie Pickett at UFC Fight Night 201 in February. The finish earned him a Performance of the Night bonus, as he bounced back into the win column following a loss to Phil Hawes and a no contest result against Kevin Holland.

Dolidze, 33, will look to keep his winning ways together as well, coming off a unanimous decision win over Laureano Staropoli in June 2021. After a year away from action due to heath issues, Dolidze has the opportunity to make it two wins in a row.

With the addition, the June 18 lineup includes:

  • Julian Marquez vs. Wellington Turman
  • Roman Dolidze vs. Kyle Daukaus
  • Phil Hawes vs. Deron Winn
