Julian Edelman isn’t one to miss out on a good meme, especially one as notable as the picture of Will Smith slapping Chris Rock from the Oscars.

Edelman used the meme to crack a joke about Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady opting out of retirement after just a few weeks. Brady announced his retirement on social media before returning to the NFL with another social-media announcement.
