Sixers in awe of what Tyrese Maxey did in an upset win over the Heat

The Philadelphia 76ers were in awe of what Tyrese Maxey was able to do in an upset win over the Miami Heat at home.

PHILADELPHIA–The Philadelphia 76ers needed somebody to take the game over when the time called for it against the Miami Heat at home. With no James Harden or Joel Embiid, they turned to the 21-year old to go to work.

Tyrese Maxey led a shorthanded group to a 113-106 win over the No. 1 seed in the East. Maxey had 28 points, five rebounds, and four assists while shooting 9-for-15 from the floor and he shot 3-for-7 from deep.

In the fourth quarter alone, Maxey shot 5-for-5 in the final 12 minutes and he scored 13 points. He also knocked down two from deep and he had a huge block on Caleb Martin late.
