Clemson may have lost a series with the Miami Hurricanes, but they exacted a measure of revenge on Sunday at Doug Kingsmore Stadium, handing 20 runs on Miami in a blowout victory.
Benjamin Blackwell was the star of the day with four hits and five RBIs, and the Tigers racked up a combined 20 hits in the game.
The Hurricanes won the series 2-1, handing the Tigers their first series loss of the season so far. In aggregate over the three games, Clemson won by aggregate score thanks to Sunday’s romp, 25-20.
