Pac-12 Tournament: Arizona vs. UCLA odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Saturday’s Arizona vs. UCLA odds and lines, with college basketball expert picks, predictions, best bets.

The Arizona Wildcats (30-3) face the UCLA Bruins (25-6) Saturday in the Pac-12 Tournament Final. Tip-off from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas is at 9 p.m. ET (FOX). Below, we look at the Arizona vs. UCLA odds and lines, and make our expert college basketball picks, predictions and bets.

The 2nd-ranked Wildcats have posted two victories in Vegas so far, including a nice 82-72 win over Colorado. Arizona has scored 81 or more points in five consecutive outings, cashing the Over in each of those games.

The 13th-ranked Bruins have won five in a row while covering four of the outings. UCLA will be looking to win the third and final meeting between these teams this season. The Bruins hammered Arizona, 75-59, at Pauley Pavilion Jan. 25 as three-point underdogs, while the Wildcats won, 76-66, Feb. 3 in Tucson.

Arizona vs. UCLA odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

UCLA 75, Arizona 70

Money line

UCLA (+100) is a good play at even-money in this rubber match in Vegas. Arizona (-120) might be without G Kerr Kriisa (ankle), after he rolled his ankle in the Stanford game. He is the team’s fourth-leading scorer at 10.0 PPG. While the Wildcats got it done against Colorado without him, they’ll need all hands on deck against UCLA. Without a starter, the Wildcats will have a difficult time.

Against the spread

UCLA +1.5 (-120) is a better play on the money line unless you’re dead-set on this being a one-point loss for the Bruins. That’s the only reason to make this play rather than the more profitable money line wager.

Over/Under

The OVER 142.5 (-108) is the best play on the board. Arizona has registered 81 or more points in each of the past five outings, hitting the Over in each game. While the Under cashed in each of the regular-season meetings between these teams, Arizona’s offense has been strong lately. It’s unlikely UCLA will be able to clamp down on the Wildcats like they did against Washington State and USC in the tourney so far.
