Cleveland Cavaliers rookie Evan Mobley has impressed several players around the league this season with Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green now among them.
Green chimed in on social media on Sunday as Mobley recorded 20 points, 17 rebounds, four assists and three blocked shots in a win over the Toronto Raptors. Mobley became the first Cavaliers rookie since LeBron James to record 20 points and 15 rebounds in a game.
The performance by Mobley earned a lofty prediction from Green as the three-time NBA champion believes the third pick will be named the NBA’s Most Improved Player and become an All-Star as soon as next season.
Mobley will be most improved and an ALL-STAR next year.

Mobley, in 56 games, is averaging 14.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.7 blocked shots this season. He entered the season highly touted given his ability on both ends of the floor and that has translated with his athleticism and skill set to guard every position on the floor.
He is getting it done on both ends of the court and has thoroughly impressed on defense. He ranks 10th in the NBA in blocks and is a huge reason why the Cavaliers are ranked fourth in defense and sixth in the standings in the Eastern Conference.
The rest of the league has taken notice of what the Cavaliers have accomplished this season and it is likely only a matter of time before Mobley can become an All-Star.
Green certainly won’t be surprised to see that happen.
