Yaron Weitzman: The Sixers have hired Fan-Hal Koung as an assistant GM, a team official has confirmed. He joins current assistant GMs Ned Cohen and Vince Rozman on staff. Koung, according to his linkedin page, was with the Houston Rockets from 2015 through May 2021.
