BET on the CLIPPERS (+110).
The Clippers have been able to get the best of the Lakers so far this season, and that trend should continue, especially as the Lakers will be without Davis. They’re 10-11 SU without the star forward.
James also showing up as questionable is concerning. Even if James does play the Clippers traded for F Robert Covington, one of the league’s best perimeter defenders.
The Clippers have the league’s seventh-best defensive rating.
They have the league’s second-best opponents’ free throw attempt rate. With the Lakers’ seventh in free attempt rate, the Clippers should be able to limit them getting to the line, a potential key in the outcome of this matchup.
The momentum is with the Clippers as well as they’re 3-1 over their last four outings while the Lakers are just 1-3 across their last four.

The Lakers play at the fifth-highest pace despite being the oldest team in the NBA. No Davis should mean more G Russell Westbrook forcing his will in transition.
With the Clippers also in the top of the league in pace (14th), I expect points to be abundant in this one.
