What’s Von Miller going to do next? Well, it might depend on who asks him.
When he was speaking to members of the media who cover the Denver Broncos before the Super Bowl, Miller indicated that he never wanted to leave Denver. He also said after the Broncos traded him to the Los Angeles Rams that he might eventually return to Denver.
Earlier this week, NFL Network reported that Miller wants to “explore free agency” next month. During the Rams’ Super Bowl parade on Wednesday, though, Miller indicated that he wants to “run it back” in Los Angeles.
Von Miller also says he wants to run it back with the Rams: “We ain’t going nowhere. California knows how to party, baby!”

Miller says what the people want to hear, so it’s hard to gauge his actual plans, but re-signing with the Rams wouldn’t be surprising.
After winning Super Bowl 50 with the Broncos, Miller missed the playoffs in 2016-2020 and then started the 2021 season 4-4 before being traded. When he landed in Los Angeles, Miller was instantly a contender again.
Even fans in Denver can’t blame Miller for wanting to stick with a winning team.
