There’s still no official word about why Kyler Murray deleted all but two snaps on Instagram last week — as we asked back then, is he mad at the Arizona Cardinals? Is he suddenly going back to Major League Baseball?
We don’t know. What we do know is that this potential offseason drama has been taken to a next, somewhat surprising step: The Cardinals’ official Instagram page now has just two photos on it — both of Murray, one of the night he was drafted, the other from the Pro Bowl.
Is it solidarity? Is it a message of some sort? Or are the team and QB concocting something here that we’re missing?
