Apex Legends Mobile opens registration in select countries

The hit battle royale prepares for a “soft” launch.

Respawn Entertainment is opening up registration for Apex Legends Mobile  to prepare for its “soft” launch.

The company is allowing people in the countries below  pre-registration access for Apex Legends Mobile

  • Argentina
  • Colombia
  • Mexico
  • Peru
  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Please note that this offer is only eligible for Android devices right now, though Respawn Entertainment did say an iOS version of the game is coming. If you’re on Android and in one of the countries mentioned above, head over to the Play Store here to register.

No word yet on when Apex Legends Mobile  will make it to the U.S., but we have  Season 12 to tide us over until then. Apex Legends  is one of the  best free-to-play games  out there, and it’ll be interesting to see how it fairs on the mobile market.

We don’t know when Apex Legends Mobile  will launch either, but Respawn Entertainment’s note that this is a “soft” launch is curious. It’s fair to assume that the game will gradually roll out rather than have a massive, global release date. Other battle royale titles like PUBG: Battlegrounds  and Fortnite  have done similar things in the past, so this all comes down to patience.
