The 2022 NBA All-Star break is fast approaching, which means championship contenders and playoff hopefuls only have two months of the regular season left to jockey for position.
To get a better sense of the playoff picture, we found the consensus playoff and title odds for every team, using playoff projections from Five Thirty Eight, Basketball Reference and ESPN’s BPI.
Each team is ordered by their average chance to make the playoffs – and aside from a few clubs already eyeing a top-3 draft pick, most of the teams in the league still have a shot at making the postseason.
According to our calculations, seven teams have at least a five percent chance of winning a title.
