MIAMI – Two former UFC stars are set to meet inside the Eagle FC cage at an upcoming event.
[autotag]Kevin Lee[/autotag] and [autotag]Diego Sanchez[/autotag] will throw down at Eagle FC 46, which is scheduled to take place on March 11. The meeting will take place in the new 165-pound division and will serve as the main event.
The event is set to take place at the FLXcast Arena in Miami.
Former UFC interim lightweight title challenger Lee (18-7) will compete for the first time since his UFC exit after dropping two straight. His most recent win was a devastating head kick knockout of Gregor Gillespie at UFC 244.
Sanchez (30-13) will also compete for the first time outside of the UFC since being a cast member on the very first season of “The Ultimate Fighter.” Prior to dropping a unanimous decision to Jake Matthews at UFC 253, Sanchez recorded a win over Michel Pereira after an illegal knee.
