Updated betting odds for Rams vs. Buccaneers in divisional round

The Rams opened as 3.5-point underdogs against the Buccaneers, but the spread has since moved slightly toward Los Angeles.

Immediately after the Los Angeles Rams’ win over the Arizona Cardinals, betting lines were available for the divisional round matchup between the Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Being at home, the Bucs opened as the slight favorites, which came as no surprise. But over the course of the week, the line has shifted toward the Rams.

According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Bucs have gone from 3.5-point favorites to 2.5-point favorites. The over/under is 48.5 points. If you’re confident in the Rams to win outright without getting points, you can bet on the money line, which sits at +120 as of this writing.

That means a $100 bet would win a profit of $120 if the Rams beat Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers money line is -145 ($145 bet returns a profit of $100).

The shift in the spread is likely the result of bettors hammering the Rams after the line opened at +3.5. It was an enticing line, and even +2.5 is easy to like with the way the Rams are playing. They already beat the Buccaneers in Week 3 and knocked them off last season, too, so they know how to take down Tom Brady’s team.
