DJ James is coming home.
The Spanish Fort, Alabama native is coming home to play for the Auburn Tigers.
The former 3-star cornerback committed to the Oregon Ducks out of high school but decided to leave the program after the 2021 season. He enrolled at Oregon before the 2019 season.
He comes to Auburn to join a deep cornerback room but should expect to be a starter early in his Auburn tenure.
His ability to diagnose a defense and his approach to the game are traits that Auburn is looking for in its players.
He announced the news via his Twitter account.
