The Miami Dolphins decided to fire head coach Brian Flores following their ninth win of the season that came in Week 18 against the New England Patriots.
Flores’ three seasons with the team didn’t go exactly the way he would’ve hoped. They had different offensive coordinators and a different offensive line coach every year, and some of the team’s top draft picks never developed into the players they were expected to be.

At this point, it’s a good time to reflect on Flores’ time in Miami and compare him to his predecessors. Here’s a ranking of the all full-time Dolphins head coaches based on their winning percentage.
