Bears looking to win 3 straight games with third different starting QB

With Justin Fields starting in Sunday’s finale, the Bears are looking to make it 3 straight wins with 3 different starting QBs.

As the Chicago Bears gear up for their season finale, it sounds like rookie quarterback Justin Fields will get the start against the Minnesota Vikings.

Fields has been battling an ankle injury, which caused him to miss the last two games. In his place, Nick Foles got the start in a win over the Seattle Seahawks while Andy Dalton started in his place in a victory over the New York Giants last week.

Chicago will have its third different starting quarterback in as many weeks. And considering the previous two games ended in victory, the Bears are looking to make it three straight wins with three different starting quarterbacks.

According to ESPN Stats & Info, no team has won three straight games with three different starting quarterbacks since the Texans in 2015.

Assuming Fields doesn’t suffer any setbacks with his ankle, he’ll get his final start of what’s been a tumultuous rookie season. But it also gives Fields an opportunity to end his rookie year on a high note, where every rep is valuable.

Interestingly enough, the last time Fields played, it was three weeks ago against the Vikings.
