The Indianapolis Colts (9-7) will end their regular season with a road trip to visit the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-14) for a Week 18 finale at TIAA Bank Field.
As the Colts look to secure a playoff berth with a win over their division rivals, Vegas has Indy opening the week as massive road favorites. According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Colts have opened as 15.5-point favorites in Week 18.

Shockingly, the Colts aren’t the highest favorites on the week. That would belong to the Buffalo Bills (-16.5) at home against the New York Jets.
After their ugly loss to the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 17, the Colts hold the No. 6 seed in the AFC playoff picture. If they get a win, they are in and traveling in the wild-card round.
If they lose, there is still a slight chance the Colts make it but it will require a lot of help.
The Colts haven’t beaten the Jaguars on the road since 2014. They are massive favorites and should win but the Jaguars will be coming out with a fire to spoil the playoff chances for their rivals.
