The Arizona Cardinals have three quarterbacks active for the first time this season. Trace McSorley, signed recently by the Cardinals but inactive every week since he joined, could be Kyler Murray’s backup Sunday afternoon against the Dallas Cowboys.
Second-string quarterback Colt McCoy was a late addition to the team’s injury report Sunday with a migraine. He is now questionable for the game.
Ideally, it doesn’t matter because Murray is healthy and should play the whole game.
But if McCoy is not well enough to be on the sideline, his advice and eyes during the game for Murray and head coach Kliff Kingsbury will be missed.
The Cardinals and Cowbohs kick off at 2:25 p.m. Arizona time this afternoon.
