Consistent inconsistency is about the only constant of the 2021-22 Boston Celtics this season, playing like their previous season’s version of the team with maddening losses to bad teams and mysterious wins over excellent clubs.
But even if this team may have the ability to play at a very high level, it will need to find a way to motivate its players to do so consistently if the Celtics want to make some noise in these coming NBA playoffs. What can head coach Ime Udoka do to squeeze a little more focus on a regular basis out of this Boston roster?
Host of the “Locked on Celtics” podcast John Karalis has a few ideas of his own on how Udoka can do such a thing and talked about them at length in a recent episode.
He also talks about the team’s up-and-down play and how stars Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum might change up their games for the better. Watch the clip embedded above for all this and more.
