Florida basketball wraps up its non-conference schedule for the 2021-22 campaign on Wednesday afternoon when it hosts the Stony Brook Seawolves in the O’Connell Center. The month of December has been cold toward the Gators — getting tripped up early on after a torrid start in November, Mike White‘s squad has been a shadow of the team that made its way up into the top 20 of both major polls.
Hopefully, Florida can use this last game to get itself back on track as even the last win over the South Florida Bulls was rather uninspiring. If they cannot get things in gear against an America East Conference foe, it is going to be a long trip through the SEC gauntlet.
