Kerr is set to takeover for gold medal-winning Team USA coach Gregg Popovich for the 2023 Basketball World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympics. Kerr served as an assistant on Popovich’s staff during Team USA’s run to a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

As the head coach of the Warriors, Kerr has won three NBA titles with an overall record of 400-177. With a recent win over the Boston Celtics, Kerr became the third Warriors coach to record 400 career wins with the franchise. During the 2021-22 NBA season, the Warriors have posted a 24-6 record behind Kerr and his staff.

Joining Kerr’s staff is Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra, Phoenix Suns head coach Monty Williams and Gonzaga men’s basketball head coach Mark Few.
