Sixers guard Seth Curry reacts to brother Steph breaking 3-point record

Philadelphia 76ers guard Seth Curry reacts to Stephen Curry setting the new 3-point record.

History was made on Tuesday night as Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry passed Ray Allen for the most 3-pointers in NBA history with 2,974. He knocked down two triples fairly quickly against the New York Knicks to get it out of the way early to crown himself the new 3-point king.

Allen was in attendance at Madison Square Garden and two of them embraced once he got the job done. What was also great about the moment was that the guy Allen passed, Reggie Miller, is calling the game for TNT so the last two 3-point kings were in attendance to see Curry break the record.

Steph’s brother, Philadelphia 76ers guard Seth Curry, reacted to Steph making history. Seth is a terrific 3-point shooter in his own right, but seeing his brother become the best shooter of all time was something special to him.

Steph entered this past weekend needing just 10 triples to break the record. He had three in a loss to the Sixers before he knocked down eight on Monday against the Indiana Pacers. That allowed him to make history on Tuesday against the Knicks. This has been one amazing run for Steph and he looks like he isn’t slowing down any time soon.
