The Chicago Bears are sitting at 4-9 heading into the final stretch of the 2021 season, where their season is all but over, even despite slim playoff odds.

But things are going to get interesting once the offseason begins, where there’s a lot of change expected to happen. Bears head coach Matt Nagy is expected to be on his way out, and there’s a possibility that general manager Ryan Pace could join him.

Still, there’s a lot of work that needs to be done with this roster to get the Bears back on track, which includes addressing some holes at some important positions heading into the 2022 NFL draft.

Chicago will be without a first-round pick after trading it to the New York Giants to move up to acquire quarterback Justin Fields last year, and this offseason is going to be about putting Fields in a position to succeed.
