On Tuesday, Liverpool (5 wins, 0 losses, 0 draws) is on the road to take on Milan (1-3-1). Kickoff from San Siro is scheduled for 3 p.m. ET. Below, we preview the Milan vs. Liverpool odds and lines, and make our best Champions League bets, picks and predictions.
There’s no need for Liverpool to necessarily put its best XI on the pitch with its comfortable lead atop Group B.
For Milan however, even a draw at home could keep its UCL hopes alive on the final day of Group Stage action. These teams have already played once with Liverpool picking up a 3-2 victory despite Milan holding a 2-1 lead at halftime.
The home side is currently atop the Serie A league with a 12-2-2 record. Liverpool, who enters as an underdog, is second in the EPL.

Prediction
Liverpool 2, Milan 2
Money line (ML)
“LEAN” to a DRAW (+285).
I think the different location from the first meeting and difference in urgency between each side should help this one swing towards Milan’s favor, but I’m not necessarily ready to bet against the EPL’s leading scorer F Mohamed Salah.
While Salah may play, M James Milner, F Roberto Firmino, M Harvey Elliott, M Jordan Henderson, M Thiago and F Diogo Jota are all out or doubtful for Liverpool Tuesday.
That’s just too many big names, especially in the midfield. That’s clearly the same reason why Liverpool is dubbed an underdog despite being one of the best teams in the world.
F Zlatan Ibrahimović should be primed and in the lineup for AC Milan. He’s scored 6 goals in six starts (nine appearances). The talent between Ibra and F Olivier Giroud may be too much for a short-handed Liverpool.
Over/Under (O/U)
BET on the OVER 3.5 (+135) as the better side of the total. This one is simple — both teams rely on their offensive, and not defensive, play.
While Liverpool has a solid backline when at full strength, it still averages the most goals per game in the EPL. Milan is averaging the second-most goals per game in Series A.
This game should have a ton of action could certainly get close to the 3-2 total of the first meeting again Tuesday.
