How better scheduling would prevent injuries from constantly ruining NBA seasons

Looking into ways the NBA schedule could improve.

We’re only a quarter of the way through the NBA season and injuries have already started to spoil the season. Some ailments are more significant than others, certainly, but even the minor ones are requiring constant monitoring of the injury report nowadays —which is an even more tiresome practice if you’re a daily fantasy player or sports bettor.

Look, we’re into the 2020s, not the 1980s. Sports medicine and science have grown so much over time, so why does it seem as though the league continues to neglect players’ health with some of the ridiculous scheduling? Will things change in future seasons? It’s hard to say, but there are more than a few changes that could be made that would benefit the product.
