Deebo Samuel’s evolution into a running back continued Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings. He capped a six-play, 75-yard touchdown drive with a 20-yard rushing touchdown – his fourth of the year. Ironically the 49ers’ drive started with a Samuel run that went backward four yards. A big 37-yard completion to Brandon Aiyuk on a third-and-13 helped kickstart the 49ers’ scoring drive that tied the game at 7-7.
