The Runnin’ Rebels opened the season 3-0 SU before back-to-back losses to Michigan and Wichita State. The Rebs bounced back with a 101-45 win over Whittier College (Calif.) Wednesday to stem the tide of losing.

AVOID, and look to the line instead.
Against the spread
UCLA -11.5 (-107) is a much better play laying the points, even though the Bruins are just 1-3 ATS across the past four games. The Bruins are chock full of talented recruits, and they’ll be able to push past the Runnin’ Rebels, who are just not quite ready for prime time yet.
Over/Under
OVER 138.5 (-115) is the play here, even though the Under has cashed for UCLA in each of its last two. The Under hit in the Bellarmine game Monday, as the Bruins were looking ahead to a titanic matchup with Gonzaga, and the Under hit in that one, as the Bulldogs put the squeeze on the Bruins. UCLA will find a lot more room to operate in this bounce-back game.
