The 2021-2022 NBA season was former Alabama guard Collin Sexton’s fourth year in the league since being the No. 8 overall pick in the 2018 draft.
Spending all four seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Sexton is one of the young centerpieces the franchise has attempted to build around.
The Cavaliers will have to wait until next season to have Sexton back on the court, however, as he is officially ruled out for the remainder of the season after having surgery for a torn left meniscus, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
