The Miami Dolphins held a walk-through on Thursday for their second day of practice this week, as they build towards the Week 11 matchup against the New York Jets. Because it was a walk-through, all participation levels were estimates for a normal practice.
Brian Flores’ team received some good news with four players being upgraded in participation, with one of them being removed from the injury report completely.
Defensive tackle Christian Wilkins (quad) and defensive back Elijah Campbell (toe) both did not practice Wednesday but were upgraded to limited on Thursday. They joined safety Brandon Jones (ankle) and linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel (back) as the four limited players.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (left finger) was upgraded to a full participant which is great news, as the injury has kept him from starting the last two weeks. Three other players were full participants including linebacker Jerome Baker (knee), quarterback Jacoby Brissett (knee), and guard Robert Jones (wrist).
Tight end Adam Shaheen (shoulder) was removed from the injury report.
While the Jets aren’t the NFL’s best, the Dolphins could absolutely use these guys Sunday to make it three wins in a row.
