Minnesota placed cornerback Patrick Peterson on IR during the bye week.
Peterson looked like the best corner on the team before going down with an injury. The Vikings could use his services against the Packers in Week 11, the earliest possible week he can return off IR.
Well on Tuesday, Peterson teased a possible return. The Minnesota cornerback posted a video of him, in a Vikings uniform, coming out of a tunnel. The Vikings’ official Twitter account retweeted it — for what it’s worth.
Minnesota GM Rick Spielman said that Peterson would be ready for the Packers game when the Vikings first put the former All-Pro corner on IR.

Does this mean Peterson is certainly returning this week? No, Vikings fans will have to wait and see if the team activates Peterson off IR. But reading through the tea leaves, Peterson’s video is a promising one.
