Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson spent three years at the University of Louisville, breaking countless college records and winning numerous awards. He had a profound impact on the school and the community, but it also was true the other way around.

Jackson deserved to have his jersey retired by his alma mater, and the fact that it happened at such a young age shows just how important he was to the school both on and off the field. The university put on quite the show for their former star, and he seemed to appreciate every second of it.
