Cam Newton isn’t a New England Patriot anymore, but he’s still an extremely good NFL quarterback.
The 32-year-old had a surprising, exciting reunion with the Carolina Panthers late in this past week. It was unclear how much playing time he’d get against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10, but head coach Matt Rhule found a way to quickly fit him in.
He scored touchdowns on his first two snaps with the Panthers — one was a rushing score in the red zone and then he followed it up with a two-yard pass to Robby Anderson.
Newton is officially back in Charlotte and all feels right in the world.
