The Cleveland Browns were controlled by the New England Patriots throughout Week 10. After a good opening drive by the offense, nothing went right in all three phases of the game. Even when the team forced a punt, on a 3 and out, JoJo Natson let the punt roll for a total of 66 yards.
In the second half, the running game couldn’t get going and Baker Mayfield continued to struggle to get the passing attack working.
A week after handling the Cincinnati Bengals in all phases of the game, the field was flipped in New England.
During the second half, Mayfield got hit and then struggled to get up afterward:
By video, not seeing a significant injury on #BakerMayfield. Hoping more hurt than injured. Done for day, might be more for score.🤞 pic.twitter.com/yqj8Q8zye3

The team announced that Mayfield was questionable to return with a knee injury but, with the Patriots up 38 – 7, is unlikely to return in this game.
We will get more information on the injury following the game and early in the week. Mayfield has been on the injury report for most of the season with a shoulder injury but added a foot concern this week. Now the knee will be watched as well going into Week 11 against the Detroit Lions.
