According to Rochelle Olson and Ben Goessling of the Star Tribune, a former girlfriend of Vikings RB Dalvin Cook is accusing him of assault, battery and false imprisonment.
Earlier in the day, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Cook is the victim of both domestic abuse and extortion — there’s pending litigation, according to Cook’s agent, Zac Hiller.
The ex-girlfriend, 29, said she is accusing Cook of “giving me a concussion, leaving a scar on my face and taking me through hell,” per Olson and Goessling.
“We are in the process of gathering more information and will withhold further comment at this time,” the Vikings said in a statement, per the Star Tribune. You can read the rest of the Star Tribune’s article here.
