After winning their fifth-straight game yesterday against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, the Wisconsin Badgers have catapulted their way back into the latest USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll at the No. 24 spot.
The Michigan State Spartans were the only Big Ten to fall in the latest poll to No. 9, after being upset by the Purdue Boilermakers. Iowa and Michigan both moved up two spots to No. 14 and No. 8, while Ohio State and Penn State stayed put at No. 5 and No. 23.
The USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll top 10 for this week is Georgia(1), Alabama(2), Cincinnati(3), Oklahoma(4), Ohio State(5), Oregon(6), Notre Dame(7), Michigan(8), Michigan State(9) and Oklahoma State(10).
The Badgers will play face-off next against the Northwestern Wildcats on the road in Evanston, Ill. on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 11:00 a.m CST.
