The Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Rams both made some moves ahead of their Week 9 contest against one another at SoFi Stadium on “Sunday Night Football.”
The Titans announced they have waived backup center Daniel Munyer from the active roster. Munyer was just recently activated off Injured Reserve. It’s possible he ends up back on the practice squad.
The hope is that this will lead to the activation of backup guard/center Aaron Brewer, who has been on IR since Week 5 but was designated to return last week.
The Rams made a pair of moves on their practice squad, the most notable of which was adding former Titans running back, Mekhi Sargent, who was waived by the team earlier this week. The Rams also inked wide receiver Brandon Powell to the practice squad.
Of course, the concern now becomes that Sargent will divulge some Titans information to his new team ahead of the Sunday night matchup. That could make life even more difficult for the Henry-less Titans.
