Cooper Kupp wins NFC Offensive Player of the Month for 2nd time this season

Just as he did in September, Cooper Kupp was awarded NFC Offensive Player of the Month honors again in October.

For the second month in a row, Cooper Kupp was the best offensive player in the NFC. He put up huge numbers in October, catching 38 passes for 557 yards and five touchdowns in five games last month, helping lead the Rams offense to four straight wins.

Kupp was named NFC Offensive Player of the Month for the second straight month, which was announced on Thursday. He’s one of four Rams receivers in franchise history to win the award, and the only one to win it twice.

It’s amazing that both of his monthly awards came this season and there are still two more months to go. On the year, Kupp has a league-high 63 catches for 924 yards and 10 touchdowns.

There’s no doubt he’s been the best receiver in the NFL this season, leading the league in just about every statistical category. He’s on pace for 1,964 yards receiving this year, which would tie Calvin Johnson’s single-season record – in one extra game, of course.
