The Baltimore Ravens issued a statement the afternoon regarding linebacker Malik Harrison. The linebacker was hit in the left calf with a stray bullet, and sustained a non-life-threatening injury. It’s great news that the injury isn’t life-threatening, but Harrison could be looking at a long road to recovery depending on multiple factors.
In their statement, the Ravens said that Harrison has been in contact with the team’s doctors and would return to Baltimore on Monday.

The most important thing is that Harrison is safe and will be able to work his way back to 100% health. It’s unclear how much time (if any) Harrison will miss after being hit by the stray bullet, but Baltimore will give him all of the time he needs in until he’s ready to play again.
Here’s wishing Harrison a speedy recovery.
